Nautilus Project - ''Mobilis In Mobili" (Motion through a substance). ODG Studios half water display base and upgrade set for Pegasus's Nautilus kit.

An expanded foam nameplate replaces the ''Kracken" that comes with the kit.

The half water base is cast in translucent green resin.

The four tentacles and feeder come with the Nautilus kit.

Also included are a new battle bridge, an enclosed Gatling gun and platform, a catapult w/ glider, and a diving plane. These pieces are cast in clear resin to allow them to be illuminated (don't paint the portholes). Voodoo makes the lighting set we used.

Detail shot of the (reinforced for ramming) diving plane.

The interior of the Pegasus kit painted. Para Grafix's photo etch set is being added

Para Grafix's photo etch ceiling beams and lighting panels added to the kit's ceiling. In order to allow the room to be illuminated, openings were cut out of the plastic piece prior to assembly.

ODG is making a half water diorama base for the Nautilus. Here the water is 75% completed with texture being worked on, and a name plate being sculpted.

A battle bridge. The first conversion piece for the Nautilus Project. Redetailing the Pegasus submarine kit. Our intent is to give the kit a more predatory appearance.

Now a diving plane and enclosed Gatling gun turret.

An observation glider originally planed as an Ornothopter. Here it's basic shape is being finalized. A steam powered catapult will launch it skyward.

    1. The modifications were scratch-built. Resin copies are part of this ODG Studios half water display base and upgrade set for Pegasus's Nautilus kit.
